Whether they are photos taken by individuals or professionals, it is always interesting to look at them. These photos (or photos on posters, paintings) tell us what the photographer's concerns are, what the subject's thoughts and interests are, what the fashions are, what styles are sought after at a certain time and within a certain culture. They tell us about the prevailing criteria of beauty. They certainly have a socio-historical value. May those photographers whose names I unfortunately do not know be thanked!
